With expansive greenspace and a swingset, Big Walnut Park Shelterhouse is the perfect place to bring the whole family. The shelterhouse is large and open leaving an intimate feeling without being cramped. The surrounding park has many walking/hiking trails for the adventurers of the group. With lots of room for personalized touches, Big Walnut Park Shelterhouse will help you create memories that will last a lifetime!
The Big Walnut Shelterhouse may be rented Tuesday through Sunday with the exception of certain city holidays. Rental time must allow for catering set-up and tear down activities, as this time is not provided. Reservations must be requested 15 days or more prior to the event date. The reservation fee is due in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover right over the phone, and cash or check payments can be made in person at our office at 1111 E. Broad Street.
